A cooler, fresher dining room for guests and staff, even on a packed Friday night with the kitchen flat out.
Ovens, grills, fryers and hot passes push heat into the dining room. Add big front windows, a full house and summer evenings, and the room gets hot just when it is busiest.
Hot guests skip dessert and leave sooner, and front-of-house staff flag. In winter, draughty doors and patio heaters waste money.
Kitchens need proper extract for cooking fumes and grease. A dining room also needs enough fresh air for a full house.
Split air conditioning cools and heats the air in the room. It does not bring in fresh air. So we look at your fresh-air ventilation at the same time, and can design and fit ventilation alongside your AC. HSE guidance says workplaces should normally be at least 16°C (13°C for strenuous work). There is no legal maximum, but employers must keep the temperature "reasonable" and assess heat as a risk.
We plan the install around your closed days or after service, agreed at the survey.
