We install split-system air conditioning and heating for homes and businesses across the North West. Every system is a reverse-cycle heat pump. It cools in summer and heats in winter, and is typically cheaper to run than gas. All carried out by our own qualified engineers, properly sized, cleanly fitted, fully tested.

Servicing & Maintenance

Annual servicing. Keeps it running. Keeps the warranty valid.

An unserviced heating and cooling system loses efficiency year on year. Our annual service cleans filters, checks refrigerant, inspects coils and electrical connections, and runs a full performance test.

Ventilation Systems

Fresh air in, stale air out. Properly designed and installed.

We design, supply and install ventilation systems for homes and commercial premises, from simple extract fans to full heat-recovery ventilation (HRV) systems.

If you’re unsure which system suits your space, or where it should go, our site survey takes the guesswork out entirely. Paul or one of our licensed engineers will visit your property, carry out a full assessment, and walk you through your options in person. You leave with a written report of findings and personalised recommendations — yours to keep, with no obligation.

£70 per survey — if you go ahead with an ICE KOOL installation, £50 is credited toward your quote. The survey invoice stays at £70 and is settled separately.
