A guest who cannot sleep because the room is too hot, or because the window is open to street noise, will say so online. Top-floor rooms, south-facing rooms and loft conversions are usually the worst.

Quiet, simple, reliable

Noise. Indoor units must be quiet enough for sleep, and outdoor units must not disturb guests or neighbours. We select and site units carefully.Simple controls. Guests need an easy controller, and you may want limits on set temperatures to save energy.Planning and listed buildings. Many North West hotels are in older or listed buildings. Outdoor units and pipe routes may need consent, which we check at survey.Compliance. Buildings with more than 12kW of air conditioning in total need a TM44 energy inspection at least every five years. Systems above the F-Gas thresholds also need regular leak checks with records kept. We will tell you what applies.
