2. Quotations

Valid for 30 days. Exclusive of VAT unless stated. Subject to site survey where required.

3. Pricing

Published prices include supply and standard installation. Additional materials are charged separately and always agreed in advance.

4. Warranty

10-year manufacturer warranty on equipment. Installation workmanship is also guaranteed.

5. Payment

Payment terms agreed before work commences. A deposit may be required for larger installations.

6. Cancellation

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a charge.

7. Liability

Limited to the value of work carried out. Full public liability insurance is maintained.

8. Governing Law

England and Wales.
